I only requested to have the air pressure in one tire checked(due to a faulty sensor/questionable low pressure reading displayed). The quality of service I received was exceptional even though I wasn’t paying for anything. The service tech checked the air pressure in all 4 of my tires, as well as, adding additional air to the tire I was concerned about. I was impressed by the entire team’s customer service skills and how their positive attitude impacted the shop’s overall atmosphere!!

I got brand new tires before coming here. The tire pressure on all four tires was perfect, but the Valvoline technician changed the pressure on all four, and even made the front passenger 4 PSI less than the drivers side front. The three other three tires were all off by 2-4 PSIs. Completely unacceptable. I left town immediately after, and later had to exit the interstate just to fix the tires. If I ever go back to Valvoline, I will instruct them not to touch anything—just change the oil.
