Scam Warning - Impersonation scams
Fraudsters are impersonating Royal London and Royal London Asset Management (RLAM) using fake websites and documents to steal personal details and money. Find out what to do if you've been affected and how to protect yourself.
Cold calling
We’re aware of attempts by fraudsters to contact customer via text or pre-recorded message claiming their personal data has been changed or compromised.
These calls aren’t connected to Royal London and we advise no further contact is made with the sender.
Savings accounts
In some cases, people are asked to transfer money through offers for products with high rates of return on savings accounts or discuss deceased relatives’ unclaimed estates or money.
These aren’t connected to Royal London and aren’t legitimate.
