Travel insurance is available for purchase when you book and pay through our site. It helps safeguard your trip from delays, interruptions, and cancellations for covered reasons, and you can be reimbursed for the resulting out-of-pocket expenses and non-refundable trip fees. Travel insurance is provided by CSA and underwritten by Generali U.S. Branch.

Buy travel insurance
You have the option to purchase travel insurance when you pay for your booking on our site. You can also select this option from your booking confirmation page, post-booking confirmation emails, or by visitingGenerali's online portal.

Cancel travel insurance
If you’re not satisfied, you can cancel coverage within 10 days of purchase and receive a full refund. If the reservation is canceled by the owner, regardless of when coverage was purchased, contact Generali to receive a refund​​​​​​.

File a claim
You can file a claim with Generali Travel Protection by filling out a claim form, providing the required documentation, and submitting it to the Generali claims department.
